Cloudeo Website Build
1. Client Goal / Project Overview
Cloudeo is a productivity company offering a task and project management tool for individuals, students, teams and businesses. They already had a fully built web app, but they had no standalone website to give them proper online presence, credibility or a simple entry point for new users.
Their goal was straightforward.
They needed a clean, modern marketing website that would act as the front door to their brand and then guide users smoothly into the existing Cloudio web app.
The website had to visually match the design system of the web app so the transition from the site to the app felt completely natural.
2. Challenges and Process
a. Matching the Website Perfectly With the Existing Web App
The biggest task was ensuring that the website and the web app looked identical.
This required:
Careful color matching
Precise typography replication
Structural consistency
Icon and spacing alignment
Replication of micro-visual elements
If the website looked different from the web app, users would immediately notice a disconnect. So everything had to feel like part of the same ecosystem.
b. Designing a Smooth Transition Flow
The website serves mainly as a marketing and onboarding platform.
From there, users click a link to enter the web app. That meant the flow had to feel smooth, almost seamless. The transition needed to make people feel like they were still inside the same experience.
I created a clean landing flow that introduced Cloudio’s purpose, showcased its features, and pushed users toward the app without friction.
c. Communication of Purpose and Value
Cloudeo is a tool for anyone who wants to stay productive.
Students
Startups
Teams
Agencies
Busy professionals
So the messaging had to be clear, simple and relatable.
The layout highlights Productivity, Collaboration and Ease of Use.
The structure helps users immediately understand why Cloudio is useful and how it fits into their daily workflow.
d. Ensuring Strong Online Presence
Before this project, Cloudeo only existed as a web app.
No landing page
No marketing website
No central link for sharing
The website I built now acts as the official public face of the brand.
It can be shared on social media, used for pitching, added to app listings, and used in growth campaigns.
3. Results and Final Outcome
The final Cloudeo website came out clean, modern and fully consistent with the app.
The transition between the website and the web app is smooth and feels native.
The site is fully responsive and works perfectly on all devices.
They now have a professional online presence that helps them attract users, pitch to businesses and promote their tool publicly.
The Cloudeo project highlights my ability to build a strong marketing website around an already existing product while maintaining perfect brand consistency and a unified user experience.
