Agero Website Redesign for a Web Design Agency
1. Client Goal / Project Overview
Agero is a web design and development agency that helps businesses of all sizes build and improve their online presence. Despite being a digital agency, their own website was outdated, unclear, and not converting visitors into clients.
When they contacted me, their goal was direct and important.
They needed a complete website redesign that would improve conversions, modernize the user experience, and position Agero as a premium web design agency. Their internal developers normally work with full-code, but after explaining the benefits of using Framer, they agreed to rebuild the entire website through a cleaner, faster and more modern workflow.
2. Challenges and Process
a. Coordinating with a Full Agency Team
Instead of working with one client, I was placed in a team workspace with multiple members sharing feedback. Everyone had different ideas about layout, messaging and style. This led to many rounds of revisions, conflicting creative opinions and the need for constant alignment. Managing the team’s expectations while keeping the project organized required structure, flexibility and strong communication.
b. Rebuilding Their Structure in Framer
Agero’s old website lacked proper hierarchy, clear messaging, intuitive navigation and modern visual structure. To fix this, I redesigned the entire layout in Framer with a focus on a strong hero section that clearly explained who they are, service breakdowns that were easy to digest, credibility sections, smooth micro-interactions, and clean navigation. The redesign gave Agero a more polished and competitive online presence.
c. Balancing Developer Mindset with Modern Design Standards
Their internal team was used to traditional coding and rigid layouts. I had to demonstrate how Framer improves workflow, speeds up development, enhances visuals and supports modern animations. I also ensured the design stayed lightweight, responsive and clean. This helped the entire team shift toward a more updated UI and UX approach.
d. Ensuring Conversion Focus
The new website was structured to convert, not just look good. I made sure each section communicated clearly, call-to-actions were placed at strategic points, service explanations were simple, and the entire flow guided visitors toward booking a consultation. The design was built with one purpose in mind: turning website visitors into paying clients.
3. Results and Final Outcome
The redesign produced strong and measurable improvements for Agero.
Their conversions increased by 30 percent between June and November. The new website consistently attracts more clients and inquiries. Their brand perception improved significantly because the site now matches the level of quality their agency claims to provide. The owner has also begun discussions to hire me as their lead website designer. Additionally, I will be training their existing developers on how to design inside Framer so the whole team can adopt a modern workflow.
Overall, the new Agero website is clean, modern and strategically structured. It communicates their capabilities effectively, tells their story clearly and builds trust with potential clients. The project now serves as a strong example of how a well-executed redesign can strengthen both brand identity and business performance.
